Client Services Administrator | Dublin, Ireland

This role involves the processing all types of client services functions such as Agency, Claims and Servicing tasks with an opportunity to work across all Athora Ireland markets by providing frontline support to all customer groups. You will play a key role in delivering service level agreements within tight timelines.

Director of Technology Operations | Dublin, Ireland

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Technology Operations function within Group Athora IT. This includes day to day infrastructure operations, including End User Technologies, Networks, Telecoms, Engineering, Cloud, ServiceDesk and Desktop support and the Group Application Service Delivery (Production Support) teams. The successful candidate will provide thought leadership towards Athora’s strategy and execution around its implementation and build out of modern IT systems and be responsible for growing and motivating a team of technologists, subject matter experts and operational leaders.

Executive Assistant, Chief Financial Officer | Dublin, Ireland

The Executive Assistant will provide assistant duties for the Chief Financial Officer and his senior team including the Chief Internal Auditor and Group Head of Tax, as well as other members of the Finance Department from time to time. This includes diary management, travel arrangements, preparation of expenses and other key tasks related to facilitating busy schedules.

Facilities - Senior Manager | Dublin, Ireland (with extensive travel)

The Senior Manager, Facilities will lead the delivery of professional and compliant Facilities Management (FM) across the Athora Group in relation to offices in Bermuda, Brussels, Dublin, London and Wiesbaden (currently approximately 165,000 square feet / 15,000 square meters). Extensive travel will be required.

Group Management Control Specialist | Dublin, Ireland

This role is to coordinate and monitor all accounts payable and payroll administration activities in respect of the relevant Athora Group functions including ownership of subsidiaries bank reconciliations and control accounts. Attention to detail while achieving set deadlines are the essential to success in this role.

Investment Servicing & Fund Pricing Associate | Dublin, Ireland

The key purposes of this role are to ensure that transactions placed in the market are correctly reflected and updated on our fund administration system; to generate unit pricing valuations and to generate quarterly policyholder valuations.

ORSA & Economic Capital Lead | Dublin, Ireland

This new role offers the right candidate a unique opportunity to take play a key role in developing the ORSA/CISSA process across the Athora Group and the production of a Group CISSA. This will involve detailed analysis of the on-going suitability of the Standard Formula, through the assessment of our overall solvency needs. As part of this, you will be provided with a unique opportunity to initiate and lead the implementation of an Economic Capital Model for use across the Group.

Principal Project Manager | Dublin, Ireland

As Principal Project Manager, you will be responsible for Athora’s IT projects portfolio. You will be tasked with developing programmes to support the organisation's strategic direction, as well as creating and managing the group portfolio to achieve its short to long term strategic goals.

SAP Functional Analyst | Dublin, Ireland

The role will contribute to the analysis, design, configuration, development, testing, implementation and operational support for the SAP solutions supporting the Athora Group Finance organisation. In addition, this role will also be responsible for the administration of legacy finance systems in advance of the migration to SAP.
