Ulf Larsen ***

Ulf joined Athora in 2017 and is our Group Chief People & Culture Officer. He is responsible for the development and integration of Human Resources practices across the Group as well as organisational development and culture.

Ulf has 30 years of business experience across the FMCG, Telecoms, Pharma and Professional Services sectors. He was previously EMEA HR Director of Marsh Inc and Head of HR for Bridgestone EMEA’s Emerging Markets. Ulf was a HR Consultant & Coach for a number of years, helping companies deliver organisational change and talent development improvements. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Purchasing Manager with Procter & Gamble.

He holds a Master’s degree from BI Norwegian Business School and an MBA from Edinburgh Business School (the Graduate School of Business of Heriot-Watt University).
