Dear Customers

In the interests of minimising the risk of COVID-19 community transmission, Athora Ireland employees will be working from home where possible for the time being.

Will this impact our services?
Our customers are our top priority and we have taken necessary measures to ensure we can continue to service our customers and advisers during these exceptional circumstances. There may be some impact on our normal services, which we’ve outlined below:

  • Continuation of service

We’ve made appropriate arrangements to manage incoming post. However, processing requests will be slower and we may not always be able to deliver to our standard timescales. If you have sent us an item in the post and haven’t heard from us, we’ll be happy to check receipt of this on request via email or phone. Outgoing post will be limited until we return to normal working arrangements.

  • Returning original documents

As always, it is important that you do not send us any original passports or driving licences as we do not have access to registered post at this time in order to return these. Please continue to send us only certified copies of these documents.

  • Communications

You can continue to contact us as normal via email or phone. Policy information is available as normal from our secure online service (please see link), including annual statements. At this time, we can only send limited policy information by post until we return to normal working arrangements.

We’ll continue to operate and to provide the best service possible during these exceptional circumstances, and we will update this page from time to time with any changes.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
